Preparation for the Generic Surgical Sciences Exam
2025 Course Dates: 2-23 May or 22 August – 12 September
Course Venue: Tūhura Otago Museum – Barclay Theatre, 419 Great King Street, Dunedin during weekdays and weekend labs (10 & 17 May; 30 August & 6 September) at the Anatomy Department, University of Otago, 270 Great King Street

Application Process
- Complete the online application form.
- You are required to upload a passport-sized photo of yourself.
- You are required to upload supporting evidence from your RMO Co-ordinator, Surgical Supervisor or similar authority, that you have been granted leave to attend.
- Fees are payable on invoice after we receive your application. Payment details via internet banking are below.
- Course fees, minus a NZ$100 administration fee, will be refunded to those withdrawing before 17 April 2025 for the May course or before 8 August 2025 for the August course. After this date, refunding of either course fees will be at the sole discretion of the organising committee, and will be subject to the above administration fee.
